Pasta with Salmon Cream Sauce

This recipe is quick to prepare. Recommended pasta is spaghetti. For 3-4 persons.


Sauce: 3 tbsp olive oil
50g butter
1 onion chopped in small pieces
125 to 250 g smoked salmon, sliced in stripes
1 to 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
100-200ml milk
125 mlcream
spices (juice of fresh lemon, 1 cube of vegetable stock e.g. Cenovis, freshly grounded black pepper, optionally salt, ...)
Pasta: 500g pasta (e.g. spaghetti no. 5 from Barilla)
boiled water with some salt in spacious pot




Serve after taste with grated parmesan cheese.
